I'm looking for a command that will allow me to build a villager into a bedwars map that's the same as the one on the bedwars on Hypixel. At Hypixel, that's not a normal villager trade, it's a chest content. Anyone who knows?
Nope, in Vanilla this is not possible. This is only possible with plugins.
And they only work on servers.
But a little food for thought that you could follow (and maybe work on something):
You can check how many times a player has traded with a villager by setting up a scoreboard using this criterion. As the criterion is exactly, I just do not know, you have to look. You also have to make sure that the villager has no trades, otherwise the exchange inventory will open.
Then you can somehow open a shop, it looks like you have to think about it.
