Lay different redstone lines next to each other (Minecraft)?

Dear community

I wanted to ask you something about Minecraft redstone technology

Is it possible to lay several redstone lines next to each other without connecting them? Playstation 3, Ps3

And

Is there a distribution box in Minecraft? 😅

My project or my idea:

One room, with 8 different switches,

if these are on, they should reproduce electricity on a maximum of 8 lines or, if possible, even only on one line (goal: save space!) if these are 8 on the specified light sources, each light source should be given its specified line. If it were possible to convert 8 different switches with their different functions into one line and then separately switch on the light sources again at the switches from the beginning that were in the room?

My problem: that I have different light sources with up to 8 lines and would like to switch them on and off separately, but which is not possible because I don't have much space for all the many lines and they all lead into a single room (the is not really that big…)

Hopefully someone can help me and understand my problem. Nevertheless, I thank everyone who read my question and or tries to answer it with a helpful answer.

Can you set a command block which then sets a redstone block which then turns on the light source

With the Vanilla MC you need a lot of space if you only want to use Redstone for such a purpose. If you want to save space, there are mods. It can accommodate up to 16 channels in one line. And; multiplexer.

Which MC version do you use? Java or C ++

You can use repeaters instead of redstone so that the redstone does not connect.

Thank you for your nice answer Jaridien, what I unfortunately forgot to say is that I'm unfortunately playing my Minecraft on an old ps3 ps, and although I even have a Ps4, but no Minecraft for this, that's why mods generally fall out of me exactly like command blocks. Therefore I'm very sorry that you took the time to answer. Which, unfortunately, will never bring anything. My mistake, sorry. Nevertheless, I thank you very much for your efforts.
