Minecraft extreme FPS drops?

Normally I play minecraft with a 128x texture pack around 80 FPS

Today it was no longer not even 16x or even an 8x. I get a maximum of 10FPS. What is it or why and how do I fix it again.

I play on Badlion with BLC3.

Run Task Manager while you play and see what is eating up so much power. Often it can be due to some virus that just slows down the system. At MC always play with Optifine that gives even better performance.

change client for a good fps boost i recommend feather or lunar you can also just do classic "graphics down" if it doesn't work good enough on your pc
