My PC with Ryzen 5 3600 and an RX 580 has crashed twice in different games (Minecraft, GTA 5). I only have the boxed cooler and the PC is barely 5 months old.
I think it is the temperature, which is why I downloaded the Core Temp program to test how high the temperature is. If I only have the browser and Word, my temperature is 50 - 70, in Minecraft 60 - 70 degrees.
Does it have to do with temperature? Should I get a clever cooler or is the thermal paste gone, etc?
The second time it crashed, there was also a Windows update in the background.
The temperatures are completely ok
Is it due to the AMD drivers…
Got the same Graka and AMD drivers are just garbage
From 100 ° C, PCs start to smear due to the temps. For you that's probably not the problem.
Did you put it together yourself? Maybe a weak power supply or incorrectly connected?
This is definitely not due to the temperatures. Up to 85 ° C that fits without problems. That is probably what is wrong with Windows or the drivers.
