Sea of Thieves is supposed to be a co-op game so that others who don't have the game can play it, but how do I invite them?

I installed the game Minecraft Sea of Thieves to test it.

I have an x Box Gamepass for the PC. Beta ultimate.

He doesn't have the game but it should be coop player capable so that he can play without having the game.

Now the question is how do I invite him to play? Strangely, find nothing about this.
