What you enjoy. It doesn't matter what the audience celebrates.

Minecraft Java, because you have a better ping on the Java servers
the servers in Bedrock are unstable and not running smoothly.
And there are more people who play Java but if you have more FPS
Bedrock is better.

With the Java Edition you can make your YouTube channel much more exciting and unique.
Reasons: You can play with mods that maybe nobody knows! You can also download Adventure Maps for FREE from the Internet.
But if it starts to lag with below 40 fps then take the Bedrock, it runs more smoothly.

Bedrock runs more smoothly, but personally I don't know anyone who can't play Java because of lags.
