How do you find out successes with command blocks in Minecraft?

I would like to know how to use a command block in Minecraft to find out that a player has achieved a success (e.g. Like in Captive Minecraft) I would love a command for that LG

I think there's no order for it, but successes can be cheated

You can also cheat successes my question is just how such a progress works, e.g. In Captive Minecraft, the welding limit is always increased by 1 when you achieve success, so there must be a possibility. But thanks
