As soon as I move, I only have about 20fps and the cpu is 100% full. Any other version runs smoothly.
I've also reinstalled minecraft once.

I don't understand how the CPU runs at 100% load. Do you have something open in the background because Minecraft actually only runs on single core, that would be about 17.5% for you
Let's get to the FPS first: Have you integrated a resource pack, a shader, extensions of the game (plugins)? What value did you set your sight range to?
Regarding CPU usage: How many GB of RAM have you allocated to the game (if you didn't already know, you can set this manually).
Possible reasons. Overheating. Too much useless or stale datain.
Solutions: Graphics cards downshift from top quality to performance. Remove unimportant USB things. You can clean up your PC from CCleaner. Search for errors.
you can also install a GameBoster. GameMode everything is then optimized for gaming. And restarted so that all Recousen are only used for gaming.
At most the browser, Spotify and Corsair icue. I've tried it without, but it's not better.
I don't have resources pack or shader. I already tried it with 2 chunks of sight but the same thing happens. Where and how can you assign ran to the game?
In your case (i.e. BLC) you do this by clicking on your avatar in the top right corner of the launcher & then on the settings. Now you can assign the RAM that the client is allowed to use. I would advise you not to allocate more than half of your available RAM to the game. I hope you know how much RAM you have available. Otherwise, write to me again & I'll explain how to find out.
I just tested it with 4 and 8 Gb RAM but it hasn't really gotten any better.
