Minecraft problems, anyone ne solution?

I have the following problem,

I'm playing with some of my friends on a Minecraft realm (server) on version 1.13.2,

My problem is that I fly every 5min-30min of the realm because java or Minecraft brings various errors and always different.

The following errors are displayed again and again:

Internal Exeption: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderExeption: Badly compressed packet - size of 60 is below server threshold of 256

Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.CorruptedFrameException: length versus 21-bit

Internal Exeption: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderExeption: Badly compressed packet - size of 536707449 is more than protocol of 2097152

I hope someone has a solution for that problem because it is really annoying to fly constantly from the realm.
