Jar files appear as rar files?

My problem is that I wanted to download Forge for Minecraft, which should be a jar file. My problem is, however, when I downloaded WinRAR I will see all compressed files (no matter if jar, zip, rar) as RAR files. What can I do to change this?

Opens with -> Select standard program.

Go into the settings of winrar, integration and take out the hack at jar at file types.
