PC programs stutter despite a good PC?

Moin, my PC has been lagging for a few days.

E.g. When I play games like minecraft, valorant or something like that, there's a stutter every few seconds or the program reacts with a delay of 1 second.

according to the task manager nothing is busy… (have 16 GB RAM and a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB)

it would be nice if someone could help me, almost all games are currently unplayable: /

Update all your drivers.

Driver updates work wonders. The GTX 1060 (since I have it myself) is still supplied with updates via geforce Experience. Part of the problem can also be with RAM or the hard drive. Do a memory diagnosis via Windows and check your hard drive with a tool like Crystal Disc info.

Okay, I've done everything now, it was probably due to a driver update, so far everything works fine.

Hmm, now it is jerky again, but there's no new driver and both the memory diagnosis and this crystal disc part both said that everything is good 🤔
