Minecraft - no block break partice effects?

Hi, I'm playing Hypixel Skyblock, my melon farm is lagging my game there. I'm pretty sure that's because of the block break particles. Is there a possibility to exhibit this?

So if you have installed Optifine, you can set the particles under Options -> Video Settings -> Animations -> and then in the right column at the bottom left.

So if you press esc you have to go to options, and then click on it under video settings. It should be the 6th from the top in the left column.

this is also possible without optifine

This works in the video settings, I only know with optifine under Options -> Video Settings -> Animations -> and then turn off the particles

Well there you can generally regulate particles, but those when you break a block are not included.

Then unfortunately I don't know what to do next.
