Graphics card points, squares errors?

My graphics card (at least I think that's because) has such strange graphics errors everywhere.

In YouTube, for example, in a black video such points flicker rum

In Overwatch there are always such quads also ingame as long as the game turns completely black and I only see the crosshair and my life etc.

Or in Minecraft even such black lines always come into the picture

And some games do not even start.

Have a PowerColor RX 480 8GB maybe someone like me fix this problem?
