Do you mean a snapshot? So the trial version because the full version isn't out yet. Probably coming towards summer. Snapshots are only available for the Java Edition.
When the time comes you will be forced to do so soon enough.

The 1.17 for the Bedrock Edition, just like for Java, is not yet on the market. What you are currently on YouTube and co. From the 1.17 you can see snapshots.
The official 1.17 for Bedrock and Java will not come until summer 2021.
