Why does my body want to move while gaming?

I have had very stressful months recently because of anxiety and panic attacks. But this has subsided through meditation. During this time I hardly played any games except solitaire or other 2d games on my cell phone. However, when I started playing Minecraft again I noticed that my body wanted to move with it. I didn't have any twitches or something, but I noticed how my legs or my arms wanted to go in the direction I directed my figure, does that go away? And what is that?

Because he is happy and full of excitement.

You have to learn to cope with your emotions again. It is normal to have emotions when playing, but you are very sensitive to this after the anxiety disorder. The right way is to continue meditating, if you continue it will settle over time and you can gamble as before.

Try CBD full-spectrum oil from the CBD shop, it soothes strong and relieves anxiety, so you should be able to play relaxed until you are ready. The oil is also very good in combination with meditation.

You are not your thoughts, distanced yourself from your thoughts and feelings so that you have them under control and not vice versa.

It is not uncommon. If you go deep into the game emotionally and then want to move your head to the left, the brain will give this command to the body. It's not that unusual now.

Normally not but with an anxiety disorder or afterwards it is something else because you had big problems with the emotions

st

Yes, but I'm currently at a point where I'm not really emotional, my psychotherapist said the emotions come back.

I can't feel any joy right now.

Do you see…

Wa

It happens to me every now and then. And I have no anxiety disorders…
