I built a swimming pool at Minecraft that keeps the water freezing. What could be the reason and I can get rid of it?
You have to do it in another biom. If you have worldedit you can copy the swimming pool and paste it into another biome.
If you're in a snow biome, that's why. Water freezes there even in closed rooms.
Maybe this is due to the biom. With a source of heat, the ice should turn back into water.
If you want to leave it in the biome, build torches around the swimming pool or other light source.
If you have World Edit you can also change the biome right away.

Either it is built too high then you have to go further down or you have built a biome in a snow then you have to change the biome.
And do you happen to have Frost Walker on your shoes?
No I have not
