I think it's relatively unlikely with either that a normal player clicks 30 or 20 times a second and that for a long time without a break.
I do not know the algorithm behind this detector now, but as a rule one likes to use an analysis of the click speed frequency and the pauses. A person usually does not click at a constant frequency that quickly and without a pause.
I don't know the exact detection of Hypixel now, but this clickthrough rate is unlikely and presumptuous by a human. Easily recognizable. I would probably take 10-20 per second as a click rate and an auto clicker that automatically adjusts the click rate so that it e.g. Once 14 per sec., Then again 19, etc. Is often a check box with the name "Anticheat- …"
