My mouse is just shaky?

I use a 2019 mac and my brother had a slightly older gaming mouse for me. But then it's just like that without having installed, uninstalled or done anything, the mouse just started in games like e.g. Packing Minecraft around, and I can't explain it, and the special thing is that the timer is so moderate. Sometimes that's not so, but I also have to say that the length of time that the mouse doesn't pack around is very long. But what I also have to say is when I have just closed the game or e.g. I don't go into the menu of a game that is the case, it is quite normal. Can someone maybe give me some tips or help me in some way. I don't feel like using the magic mouse to use the apple mouse because there's simply no difference between right and left click. If you want to click right you have to extend your index finger all the way up so that the mouse recognizes it. It is also the case if you have both fingers on the mouse, no matter where you click, if you have both fingers on the mouse it is always left click. So I don't want to make a review of the Magic mouse now, but I still ask again if someone can help me there?
