Minecraft planting seeds is not 1.15.2?

I and my friends play in a realm in threes.

My friends and I all have quite a few years of Minecraft experience, and this is the first time this has happened to us. The seeds don't grow! So, it's okay, but just not on some blocks. That means we have a 10x10 field, also with water and the soil with the Hoe.

The floor is already wet. So far so good. We plant a few seeds, works great too. But it just doesn't work on some blocks. It just bothers us because it looks really unsatisfying when a few blocks just stay empty. Have already dismantled the blocks that can't be planted and reworked them, nothing worked.

Play on 1.15.2.

Light level is too low

It is too dark.

Maybe not bright enough?

It doesn't work at night.

The field must be illuminated enough
