My screen is really bright?

I played minecraft normally and suddenly my screen started to get brighter and brighter now it looks like someone can tell me how to undo it (it's the whole TV)

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Maybe you somehow got the TV's brightness or gamma settings, did you press buttons on the bottom of the TV or something on the remote control?

Which buttons should I press on the remote control so I didn't press anything on the TV but I'm not sure about the remote control

To be honest: I have no idea that I would estimate that it is marked with a light or that it can be changed in the settings somewhere in the TV menu. Since remote controls are not all built in the same way as the keyboard and mouse, you would have to try this yourself
