The last update for Minecraft on the Switch was the Bedrock Edition. All well and good, but I then dealt with the Commandblock and wanted to enter commands like FallingSand but they did not work. I do not know if you have to type the commands on the console differently but I ask for your help.

But probably you have the problem, that meanwhile the commands look different than before, the summon command (which you probably mean) goes like this:
/ summon falling_block ~ ~ ~ {BlockState: {name: "minecraft: sand"}, Time: 1}
