I got Minecraft on the Ps 4 about 3 days ago. I got it from the Ps Store because I wanted to play it with my friends. I go to the game as normal because it said that I have to log in to Microsoft, I thought at the time that it was not a problem but I was probably wrong. So I go to "log in with Microsoft" as normal and then it says that it is not possible to log in with the account. I then watched YouTube videos how to fix it I did that that one should somehow delete the memory then and me I did that with the store that you get something for free and then it works with the registration but none of that worked either. I was completely desperate and uninstalled the game which cost me 19 euro and downloaded it again, tried again it did not work again.
Please help me, I would be very happy to receive an answer and sorry for the probably 10,000 misspellings.
There are now very many people who can't use newly purchased Minecraft licenses. Presumably these are the effects of switching from Mojang to Microsoft accounts.
I would recommend contacting PSN support and returning the game for now. Or keep it and try from time to time until the (unofficial) issues are resolved.
