RLCraft water damage?

In general, these armor parts are expensive, which is why you should first find cooling / warming up options. You can see a ball in the middle of his displays that shows your temperature in colors. Optimally, it should be gray. The cooler you get, the more bluish this ball becomes. When hypothermic, it also shows a snowflake. When you get warmer, it turns yellowish and always orange. If it overheats, it also shows a flame. If you are too warm, you should cool yourself accordingly and warm the other way around. Cooling options would be, for example, in the water, ice, in cooler biomes, such as snow biomes, taiga biomes etc. Warm-up options are when you burn, stand next to lava, or you are in warmer biomes, such as desert biomes etc. It is advisable to always have water and a lava bucket with you, then nothing can happen to you.

I understood the system with which to stay cold and warm, only that doesn't seem to be the problem because the ball is gray and I get damage and that in every water, in the rain in the sea or in these warm springs where clean water comes out Can't really explain that to me because it happened completely randomly and I checked my armor and baubles items to see if they had such a side effect. But that's not the case
