The village next to which I moved lost all but 3 residents. I read online by the way that you can multiply them by, for example, Placed more beds. Now I do not know which of these applies to the current Bedrock version for Switch and Co. So my village has 7 beds, so they should have multiplied if it were? Or is that just not possible in the version? Shortly before I'm in a complex mission to import residents from another, quite distant village, with rails and lorries xD I would be grateful for easier solutions 😅 please note that it is the Bedrock version. Would be cool if you had the same experience with it.
You have to give them food in addition to the beds. Bread, carrots or potatoes.
Simply in the chests or just build fields? I created fields today and there are still only 3. Is that maybe something?

Mobs. No NPCs actually
Throw them down! Farm half a stack of carrots and throw it in front of them.
Give it to you!
Just throw food
I have made. Shouldn't hearts actually appear? I gave bread and beetroot, but nothing happened. Even when they were "opposite" each other when "feeding"…
Update: I just went down from the realm and shortly afterwards my friend found a small resident in the village. So it seems to have worked out, thanks!
Okay seems to have worked. Do I always have to give them so much?
As far as I know 12 per Villager. So 24 per baby.
Oh well, you gave them bread I read right now. You only need 4 of them per Villager.
