My Minecraft launches and we also see it in the Task Manager but it does not open and if then I only have 3 fps although I usually have 250.
Did you check the following errors?
Is your hard drive maybe full?
Is your video card broken or damaged?
Is your Java / Java version updated and up-to-date?
Have your settings been resetted in Minecraft?
If all this is the case, or be all right: Please look into the. Minecraft folder in the% appdata% directory. Has the log been updated, or are there any errors? If so, let us know, please.
Can that also have something to do with OneDrive?

Of course it can be related to that. The program Microsoft OneDrive is very large and can therefore cause lags! Just close the program and see what happens.
