I didn't find the Windows 10 Edition so good at first, but then came Crosplay and later you could download and add your own maps. I like the Bedrock Edition more. Apart from that with the Marketplace, I don't like it, but with the Java edition you can also have it removed, e.g. With Abgegrieft and so on.

The Java version can't do anything for servers like Abgegrieft. There are enough servers that treat their players fairly or offer no real money purchases at all.
This is Microsoft's attempt to milk the Mojang purchase.
