Joking aside, Minecraft is an ancient game that runs even on older smartphones. Every PC does it for that.
If in doubt, you can simply wrap a 10 euro LED light chain around the PC.
With mods and shaders, you can even make a 2080 Ti sweat.

You can really play Minecraft on any computer, you don't need a gaming PC, you don't even need a graphics card.
