Which gaming PC configuration is the better choice?

I have put together two configurations for my budget of around 600 euro. Please tell me which one to choose, which one brings more gaming performance and which one makes more sense for me. I play Minecraft, Sea of Thieves, GTA 5, Rainbow Six: Siege, CSGO and Battlefield 5.

Which configuration makes more sense to me? I also want good RGB software. How's that from ASRock?
