Minecraft Turtle program character set?

Hi, I want to use a program for a turtle with pastebin. However, the program's character set, the turtle, whatever… Does not seem to match the keyboard's character set. In the example in the picture you have to enter "c" in order to use chests. I can't do this, however. I have to put in a period "." For it to work. No program works at all. How can I change this?

The question is, what keyboard layout does c swap with dot? Is there anything like that at all? Do you have a different layout while typing in the turtle screen?

I can basically communicate normally with the turtle. However, there are windows like this one where nothing works anymore.
