Cheap pc to stream?

I would like to stream again, but my current pc is as good as broken last month even my hard drive gave up the ghost, it is now 8 years old.

So I wanted to buy a very cheap (new) that can stream in full hd.

are more games that are so 7 years old, the graphically most complex of them are witcher 3, fallout 4 and what probably needs the most hardware minecraft. ^^

I would wait for that. Hardware is so expensive at the moment - especially the graphics cards!
