I have been looking for the topic for a long time at gute ask but haven't found a good game / program where you can build houses so I don't want games like Sims or Minecraft they should be realistic with good graphics and who is free who is not it isn't bad either, but I don't plan to build it directly with walls, etc.
The best thing i know about it is actually sims. If you can make it very, very realistic with custom content for sims 4, then your houses will look really real
How does it work with the custom content?
Sims 4 minecraft (since you can build a house actually anything) but there's a game that i play at the moment and that is House Flipper because you can't build houses but buy some you are a craftsman and can do different missions are, for example, painting walls buying furniture traveling in the wall assembling devices such as a bathtub etc. So you can really do a lot there you can sell and get more money even if you have bought a house and have finished renovating it
It is best to have a look at youtube tutorials, this is quite difficult to explain, but is very worthwhile
