Netherite armor in Minecraft?

I play Minecraft on the iPad (v1.16, I have the Nether update) and I can't make a Netherit sword, armor etc. In general. I saw on the internet that you have to combine a netherite bar in the anvil with a diamond sword, for example. I've tried that, but it just doesn't work.

Can anyone help me I'm really desperate right now…

(PS: yes, I know, playing on the PC would be better but I have 1. No money and 2. I probably shouldn't be allowed to do that anyway)

Not in the anvil that is a new anvil unfortunately does not know what its name is but you have to combine it in that.

You need a smithing table

It is called a blacksmith table or in English the Smithing Table

You need a forging table that you can make with any wood or flint
