I'm looking for a "gaming PC" that should have these requirements:
- Display videos smoothly
-1080P
-Minecraft, SCGO, Roblox, Team Fortress (I can't think of any more)
- Ready PC or build yourself you can make decisions
-No used hardware
One note: No time-limited offers because I will only buy the pc / hardware in 1-5 months
That would be something for DIY (https://www.hardwaredealz.com/bester-gaming-pc-fuer-unter-300-euro-gamer-pc-bis-300-euro/). With the ready-made PC there are still costs for workers, so you won't find anything particularly good for cheap
Then ask the question when you want to buy the PC. Prices vary constantly and new hardware is added.
For 200-300 euro it will be very tight with new hardware. Either save more or use used hardware. The games are not demanding, but they should run smoothly.
Edit: Don't you have a hard drive, case or something at home?
Well mind. 60 fps, currently playing on my 7 year old laptop and e.g. Minecraft runs at 30 FPS with a few drops.

Can you take a look
Double. Sorry
Minecraft is also relatively demanding, even an 800 euro PC can have problems with Minecraft with mods and shaders. So I would really advise you to save. Otherwise it is of course possible for the price, but just an office PC, far from gaming. Like this one:

In addition, you should install a 1TB HDD, the 240GB are quickly full. Then you would be at home for 300 euro.
You can't bring "Gaming" in combination of "200 - 300 euro", that is excluded.
There may be some who speak against it and claim that you could "gamble" with such a cheap system, but that is not possible.
If you mean gaming, you are going into a high-performance area, especially in circles of CS: GO there are such intelligent ones who think "they are ESL professionals and know what they are talking about", but this is often nothing more than hot air in relation on their "status" in the ESL.
What you are looking for is a computer that is capable of playing technically less complex games in terms of performance without placing great emphasis on performance.
CS: GO and such games do not place high demands on the hardware, but in order to run reasonably well, you need a hint of usable hardware. With 300 euro you will have difficulties there, you can find computers with it, but certainly none to get even those rather undemanding games reasonable on the screen.
The problem or the problems with such PC's are usually CPU and GPU, for this small budget you just get what is dusty somewhere in some warehouse and should still bring money.
In addition, there's the periphery consisting of a mouse, keyboard, monitor and of course a headset with a microphone. The better variant would of course be a good headphone with an external microphone, but that goes beyond the cost. Do yourself a favor and do not take any headphones that you sometimes received with any device (such as a smartphone), these things are an imposition for everyone you want to play with.
Without going into great details now, you should increase the budget to 500 euro, so you can put together a usable PC with which you can play the games you mentioned. However, it is important to buy the individual components yourself and assemble them, so you can save good money which you can invest in better hardware.
If you want to stay in your budget you have to fall back on used hardware, then your chances are very good to get a sufficiently potent system. With new goods you won't get very far with 300 euro. The only thing you will need is a hard drive, but you can now get it in the form of an HDD.
Only in 1-5 months
Then you should inform yourself again beforehand, because if you only buy a PC in 5 months, there may already be new components. The hardware market is developing rapidly, Intel, AMD and Nvidia will all launch new products this year, possibly in the coming months.
For 300 euro, you generally don't get a gaming PC. For this you get a simple office PC.

At low settings, the games mentioned will probably run okay on minecraft, but probably only at Minecraft if you don't use too many mods.
Here is a variant for self-made, but the difference is not too big:

You have to know whether you dare to put it together, not us.
