PC crashes all the time?

My pc crashes all the time for no reason. Most of the time he shows me a BSOD too. On request, I can also provide photos or descriptions that are on the BSOD.

I'm just surprised that it doesn't crash when it's under load (when I'm playing - e.g.: Minecraft or GTA)

To my PC:

Motherboard: msi B450 Pro-VDH Max

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3200 G

Ram: G.Skill AEGIS F4-3000C16D-16GISB Memory 16GB DDR4 (2x8GB)

Power supply: be Quiet! 400W System Power 9 BN245

I ask for a lot of help

Maybe you have too many websites. That's why it happened to me 3 times yesterday.

Ch

Something like that shouldn't be the reason.

De

Unfortunately, that happens even if I don't have a browser open at all

Ch

The error message of the crash image would be important; it could also be interesting to view the entries in the Event Viewer. This can e.g. This is due to outdated or unsuitable drivers. Unfortunately, there are many options.

am

For me it was the reason

De

Look here! This is the event manager.
The last BSOD were:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGE_AREA

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Cause of error: mouclass.sys

Ch

It may have triggered something, but the real reason is different. Guaranteed.

Kernel Power 41 such are considered

The interrupt errors clearly indicate a driver problem. The last one is supposed to be called mouseclass? So (also) a possible problem with the mouse driver. Do you use any gaming mouse or something?

Co

OLicenseHeartbeat.exe seems to have something to do with MSOffice360

De

My mouse is a Logitech G402. I'll take a look at the post and then get in touch again ^^

De

@Radon So it could be MSOffice360 or what?

@HarryXXX I've already done that, but unfortunately it doesn't help!
