Minecraft start screen turn off rotation?

I wanted to know if / how you can deactivate the rotation from the background of the start screen. I would like to create my own resource pack and use only a single image as the background.

Example: This means the part (here: village):

There are always several single images that are then used for the background as a 360 panorama. I only know that if, for example, there are 3 pictures, only the 3 pictures are shown, at 5 the 5 pictures etc. You could try to take the one picture. Maybe then nothing will turn

I think without mods the picture is always rotated

If it is like the Java edition, it can't be switched off.

Otherwise you would have to make out of the game code.

Would be possible with mods
