Minecraft tp command wanted?

Hi. I want an apple or any other item to be teleported in one direction after dropping until it is in front of a certain block, for example. There's a stone and a tnt is spawned and killed there so that it acts like a weapon. Item and block do not matter. I'm actually just looking for the tp command.

PS. PS4 VERSION!

You can do this with / tp @e 13 70 34 so in the back the coordinates where the iteam should be tp but remember all mobs are teleported there too

The item should always only move 1 block forward until it is in front of a certain block. It shouldn't go there immediately
