So I have a lot of times to log in to Minecraft.net and that's just not possible on the laptop. But if I try it on my phone, it works perfectly! Does anyone have any idea what the problem is?

Actually, that can't be. Mojang's login servers run and are the same on the phone and laptop.
Did you mistype yourself somewhere or did you make your access data copy-paste?
