My mother bought a Java Minecraft map today but for free I wanted to redeem the code and then it said it was already redeemed then I wanted to redeem it somewhere else but the creeper came and underneath was a sorry we can't load the page, what do we do I'm now very sad.

If the code has already been redeemed, an account with username / player name and password has been created and a confirmation email has been sent. Ask your mum if she's already set up something. If not, complain to MediaMarkt that the code is invalid.
