Games laggen though good PC?

I've noticed games like GTA V (on SSD), Assassin's Creed Origins (SSD), Portal 2 (HDD), and even Minecraft. I do not really understand that because my PC is actually relatively good.

PC:

16 GB RAM
GTX 1080 (MSI)
Ryzen 7 1700
500 GB SSD
2TB HDD

Let Userbenchmark go through and then send the link is opened here. Then hopefully you can see which of your parts works slower than it should. Close as many programs as possible while doing so.

That may well be due to the settings. Look, for example In your "energy-saving options." If the mode "energy-saving mode" is selected, you should definitely switch to "balanced" or if you want "maximum performance".

The same thing is often synonymous for the motherboard as a setting. In Asrock motherboards you can set this in Asrock A-Tuning. You'd have to see what software you need.

I had that too and I wondered until I realized that I was in energy-saving mode and already the performance I've been missing for weeks was back.

Okay, let's go through the usual suspects:

Did you install the latest video card driver?

What about the temperatures and the load while playing? Incidentally, this can be wonderfully read with the MSI Afterburner.

In which resolution are you playing?

PS: It does not matter if you have the games installed on your SSD or HDD. At the frame rate, nothing changes. Only the load times are shorter with the SSD.

Is already "balanced". I do not want to go to "high performance" because I used that for a while and the electricity bill went up in the air ^^

There's something wrong with your processor. As you can probably see for yourself on the link, it does only about 52% of what it should do.

Look in the Task Manager if anything is heavy on the processor.

Do you need as I said not synonymous. Balanced is enough. Have you ever fiddled with the program for the motherboard?
