I would recommend you WWE 2K19, is an absolutely awesome wrestling game with career mode or with many interactions, etc. The game makes mega fun and is also ez to learn.
On the other hand, I'd recommend you to play For Honor, a game that's all about merciless fighting between Samurai, Knights and Vikings. These fight until their death. The game is easy to understand and I think it's easy to learn. You really do not have to remember anything.
Maybe you try with Insurgency? Fight realistic game, since you're playing Arma 3, maybe it's good. The game is not about Rushen, no, no, you have to play tactically. Literally tactical. You are one-shot or two-shot, depending on your needs. The Recoils are also realistic, there are levels but in this game there's no Reinpayen or unlock, there are only levels / levels, but that does not really matter. There are also great game modes and you can also play co-op or multiplayer.

Uff. Ehm many, many. I estimate 5 to 10 thousand, if already over 10 thousand players. In any case, there are active players yes.
Edit: Insurgency has many active players but I suggest you buy Insurgency Sandstorm instead of Insurgency. Has recently come out and that is something the newer version with many realistic calls, designs etc.
