Command Gradlew were not found (Minecraft Java CMD)?

I tried to install Java Forge and Eclips, and everything worked fine until I got to use the gradlew command in CMD.

Incidentally, I'm trying to program Minecraft modpacks.

So. The best thing to do is start the command line by making Shift and Rightclick in the Forge folder and then go to "Command line […]".

Then you enter "gradlew.bat setupDecompWorkspace".

Then you enter "gradlew.bat eclipse".
