I have the following problem. All mobs drop their items as normal and XP on creepers, ONLY XP is dropped.
How can this be?
How many creeper did you "kill"?
Chances are that creeper won't drop anything. Maybe you just weren't lucky.
Creeper only sometimes drop black powder. I think that's 25%
As other answers suggest, something doesn't ALWAYS have to drop. Otherwise try to switch the corresponding gamerule on and off if you have cheats on
Definitely enough, I also have a creeper farm that worked flawlessly until 1-2 days ago, but now not a single new black powder comes up.
So it's definitely not because of the probability.
Also outside of the farm I tried Looting III a few nights now, not a single item has dropped.
Which server software do you use?
Any interim changes?
