Mcpe on key pages?

I have been playing minecraft since 2013 and would like to buy it on my mobile phone. But unfortunately the appstore does not accept my bank card, because I wanted to ask if you know such keystores as mmoga or G2A knows where to buy mcpe (on mmoga and G2A I've already tried it)

Buy a prepaid card for the Playstore, and then pay it as normal.
