Remove Minecraft Lingering Potions?

I played some Minecraft Windows 10 today with my brother, and my brother accidentally set a dormant potion. Now this potion will not go away, and I wonder how to remove it

Stand close and use the command:

/ kill @e [r = 10, type =! Player]
