Can you somehow build guards that react to items in the inventory… If you eg. Go to the king… And the guards will notice that you have a sword in your inventory and then they should attack you… Is that somehow

Not that I know of. How should the plugin know what one has in the inventory. Inventories are minecraft specific and not plugin dependent. Ask the sentinel proger if he can program such a function.
