Minecraft villagers talks change?

I've built a Minecraft 1.14 iron farm and the villagers are not talking about golems.
So my question is how can I get the villagers talking about golems?

I'm… A bit confused what exactly you want to say, but golems automatically spawn over time once you've reached a certain amount of villagers.

Forcing this is also possible by having 3 villagers see a zombie at the same time.
