Minecraft middle earth?

I joined the minecraft construction server minecraft middleearth today and have 2 questions:

How can I activate the Tecture Pack? I'm no longer asked for the Tecture Pack and can no longer activate it.

Is there a list of all the places to warp?

You can activate it that you will be asked for the texture pack while adding the IP there's a function called texture pack queries or something like that and you just set it to automatic. The TP is also available on the Internet and you can do it manually.

I can't answer the 2nd question because I don't know the server
