Specs: Ryzen 2400g, 16gb DDR4 Ram, 2TB HDD, Be Quiet! 400 watts

1: Which graphics card would be good for Ryzen 2400g where there's no bottleneck and which is also cheap (I'm a student).

2: Do you think my PC packs a monitor and a laptop (as a second monitor) for gaming like Minecraft?
