You can easily forget that. Outdated DDR3 memory, Intel Celeron processor with integrated graphics unit. I would recommend that you just pick up some more money and put together a neater PC on another website like https://hardwarerat.de/...arerat.de/.
Um… No… But in the price range is not to be expected otherwise. Even pure Office applications, I would recommend there only conditionally.
And: As already mentioned massively obsolete technology. DDR3 has been displaced since 2016/2017 by successor DDR4 in new systems.
Unfortunately, I have to tell you that this PC is a junk and can't be used for more than writing e-mails or calling up a website, and it's likely to push it to the limit.
From games like Minecraft or Overwatch you are light years away with this calculator.
The video export from an editing program will take hours or even days, depending on the resolution and length of the material, the live preview in the editing program will hardly run smoothly. It will look similar in FL Studio, if you have several samples in it, the playback will falter and jerk.
In general, this PC will always be waiting for you with this service, booting up and starting programs will take forever.
Just everything about this PC is bad, it is equipped with the weakest hardware of yesterday. And if it was not good yesterday, today it is completely useless.
For a PC that is supposed to perform the tasks you have, it's likely to cost two or three times that.
