I'm constantly logged out of Minecraft PC - Tips?

For some time now I have had the problem that I'm constantly being logged out of my Minecraft account on PC Java Edition. It also does not help to re-sign on "stay signed in" because I'm still logged off again. That bothers me a lot, because I've devised a very long and expensive password because of previous hacking attacks (also on this MC account).

Are there any tips on how I can stay logged in or is there something serious behind it, so someone else logs in with my account?

If you stay logged in and are always logged out, it looks like someone else is logging in with your account…

Either a 2 person logs into the account or there's an error…

Many say that their accounts have been "hacked", but actually they only have the password or similar. To forget.

Do you know what I could do about it? I've already changed PW and email.

But if strange things happened on my account on eg servers that happened at the time I left, I'm pretty sure I was hacked.

Then you have to give your data to 3. Times. That can happen even if you log in on Fake sites…

And "being hacked" can mean a lot. By this I mean that you have been deprived of all data and you may also be blackmailed.

"that I was hacked" in my case simply means that someone has logged into my account. I have never shared the data and I have not logged into pages. LG
